Quad County, Carson City COVID-19 Monday briefing: 34 new cases and 49 recoveries
Carson City Health and Human Services is reporting Monday, Jan. 11, 2021 that there are 34 new cases and 49 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County region. This brings the total number of cases to 9,953, with 5,210 recoveries and 152 deaths; 4,591 cases remain active.

Due to a growing number of daily cases, CCHHS will no longer be providing specific details about each individual case. As of Oct. 26, CCHHS will only report on the number of new cases, recoveries, and deaths for each county.

Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing for Quad-County Residents
Testing is for Quad-County — Carson City, Douglas, Lyon, and Storey County — residents only. All others will be turned away. Events may be canceled 48 hours in advance if inclement weather is expected. Testing is free of charge. Events are first come, first served, no appointments or reservations.
