Want to help those evicted from Carson Pines? Here’s how you can support their transition
All 23 families have officially been barred from entering their apartments at Carson Pines in Carson City after they learned the upper floors of the buildings were being condemned by the city.
Many of the families affected are low income, disabled, or have young children to care for. Many have yet to find new homes after they were only given six days to vacate for an issue management had known about for nearly two years.
Go Fund Me’s have been organized to help ease the burden of transition, which can be found below or on the Carson Pines Facebook Group.
