Carson City Moose Lodge Fall Poker Run
The Carson City Moose Lodge No. 2709 is holding a Fall Poker Run on Saturday, Oct. 13.
Registration takes place at the Moose Lodge, located at 1475 Old Hot Springs Way in Carson City, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Entry is $20 per hand and includes lunch at the run's last stop. Players must be 21 and older to participate.
First card is played at Whiskey Tavern on U.S. Highway 50 East, followed by the second card at Highway 50 East Bar in Dayton. The third card is played at the Corner Bar in Virginia City. The fourth card is played at Washoe Camp Bar in Washoe Valley. And the last card is played at 4:30 p.m. back at the Moose Lodge No. 2709 in Carson City.
Maps of the route will be provided to players. High hand is awarded $200 and low hand receives $100.
In addition to the poker run, there will be a 50/50 raffle and booze raffle held at the Moose Lodge.
Proceeds from the Fall Poker Run will benefit Moose Charities and the Carson City Moose Lodge to help support the community.
