Vineburg Machining owners meet with German officials in Carson City
Local manufacturer Gerd Poppinga, Sr. (right) and Gerd Poppinga, Jr. met with the German Government’s Coordinator of Transatlantic Cooperation Michael Link (far left) and the German Consul General in Los Angeles, Andrea Sasse, at City Hall on March 26.
Also pictured are Mayor Lori Bagwell and Assemblyman PK O’Neill. The Poppinga’s own Vineburg Machining. The meeting was to foster German business relations with Nevada. City Manager Nancy Paulson and Carson City Chamber of Commerce Director Ronni Hannaman were also in attendance.
Established in 1977, Vineburg Machining provides high quality precision manufacturing and advanced machining services fabricating simple to complex machined parts for a variety of companies within the medical, aerospace, security, automotive and other fields as well as for the U.S. Government.
The manufacturing facility is located in Moundhouse.
