September 29, 2022 - 8:00am Capital City Women's Club at Empire Ranch has two new Championship winners! Congratulations to Vicki Barbaria who won Low Gross Over the Field and Loretta Szymanski who won Low Net Over the Field. Vicki shot a 173 (Gross) and Loretta shot a 135 (Net) over the two day tournament. Great job ladies and to all the ladies who participated!! Carson City emergency crews respond to crash at Stewart and William

Carson City Fire Department and sheriff's deputies responded Saturday evening to a vehicle crash near the intersection of Stewart and William streets. No serious injuries were reported.

Gardnerville hosts their Main Street Fall Fest every year at Heritage Park, to offer families to come together to celebrate the beginning of fall.
This year, on Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m., participants were having a blast walking around with their freshly built scarecrows while listening to the live entertainment, Mo'z Motley Blues, playing in the background.
