Douglas authorities ask for public's help locating missing Lake Tahoe woman
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is looking for a Lake Tahoe woman who has not been seen or heard from since Monday, Feb. 15 and is asking the public's help in locating her.
Carolyn Batchelor, 69, was last seen by her roommate as she left her home in the 100 block of Willow Drive in Zephyr Cove on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, said DCSO Sgt. Pat Brooks. She has not returned calls and her destination was unknown.
When last seen, Carolyn was wearing a long black coat. She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs around 180 pounds, has shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen leaving in her silver Honda Pilot SUV with Nevada plates HP2295.
Carolyn and her vehicle are listed as missing/endangered. She may take medications that she needs to take on a daily basis.
