UPDATE 5:15PM: A fire started in a mobile home shortly before 4:30 p.m. Saturday has been knocked down, according to the Carson City Fire Department.
Several engines were on scene Saturday afternoon to battle a blaze that had fully engulfed a home in a mobile home park on Tiger Drive in Carson City.
NV Energy and Southwest Gas utility trucks had also arrived on scene to shut off utilities to the residence.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

Carson City emergency personnel are responding to a structure fire in a mobile home park on Tiger Drive off Old Hot Spring Road.

According to emergency dispatch, the structure is fully engulfed.

The call came into dispatch a little before 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Carson City Fire Department and Sheriff’s deputies are on scene.
