My name is Colleen Bannister and I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and own a local studio called 6weekworkout here in Carson City. A lot of times it's tough to make time for the things that aren't burning calories or building strength, but they are equally important and enable you to continue with those more difficult workouts.
