May 18, 2016 - 6:30pm Former Director of the Nevada Department of Corrections and current Nevada State Prison Preservation Society President, Glen Whorton and Society Vice President Robin Bates will update the Leisure Hour Club membership on the current status of the historic Nevada State Prison located in Carson City. The presentation on the NHP to the Club will occur at their dinner meeting on Wednesday, May 18.
